Dustin Cady Wins July 6th Fast Friday At Willamette; Braaten And Godard Also Victorious

Lebanon, Oregon- Willamette Speedway kicked off racing on the 1/3-mile clay oval on Friday, July 6th for their second Fast Friday of the season. Three classes filled the card which included IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods, and IMCA Stock Cars.
Dustin Cady, of Albany, won his third, race of the current campaign at Willamette in the IMCA Modified division. Central Point’s Jorddon Braaten collected his fourth win of 2018 in the IMCA Sport Mods at the Lebanon facility. Dakota Godard, now residing in Albany, won his second straight IMCA Stock Car main event and is the first repeat winner in the class.
Willamette Speedway returns to racing on Saturday, July 7th for the V-Foundation Mid-Season Championship. Classes in action include Super Late Models, IMCA Modifieds, Super Sports, Sportsman, Street Stocks, and Hornets. Also on tap will be a massive bicycle giveaway courtesy of Crocker’s Cars.
Pit Gates open at 1:00 PM, Front Gates 3:30, and Racing at 6:00. Tickets are $14.00 for Adults, Junior/Military/Senior $10.00, Youth (6-12) $5.00, 5 and Under FREE, and a Family Pass (2 Adults and up to 4 Youths) $35.00..
