Willamette Speedway Returns August 12th With Wingless Sprints And More

Lebanon, Oregon- Willamette Speedway will have the Wingless Sprint Series back in action on Saturday, August 12th. In addition to the Non-Wing 360 Sprints three other classes will be on the card playing the role as support. Those divisions include the Sportsman, Street Stocks, and Hornets.
The Wingless Sprint Series visited the historic 1/3-mile oval earlier this summer. Lance Hallmark was the victor in that bout. Currently Lindsay Barney is the driver to beat as she has been victorious in the last two shows.
In the Sportsman division Ryan Emry has managed to win the last two features. It ties him for the most wins of 2017 with James Slover. Chad Slover, Sandy Sanders, Jeff Titus, and Jeff Rash all have one win to their credit.
In the Street Stocks Brian Cronk is at the top of the win chart with his three victories of the campaign. David Cronk and Kyle Yeack have accomplished a pair of triumphs. Single race winners include Andrew Langan, Kevin Roberts, and Justin Evans.
Lastly in the Hornet ranks Tracy Muse has tamed the competition. Muse has scored five victories over the course of the year. Sam Potter, John Gartner, and Crystal Flath have one win to their credit.
Pit Gates open at 1:00 PM, Front Gates 3:30, and Racing at 6:00. Tickets are $14.00 for Adults, Junior/Military/Senior $10.00, Youth (6-12) $5.00, 5 and Under FREE, and a Family Pass (2 Adults and up to 4 Youths) $35.00. For more information log on to www.trophymotorsports.com.
