Chris Frisbie Conquers IMCA Sport Mods At Willamette Speedway

Lebanon, Oregon- The IMCA Sport Mods would invade Willamette Speedway for the first time ever on Saturday, May 27th. The division would play the role as the support class to the Monster Truck program. Thirteen IMCA Sport Mods would make the trip to the historic 1/3-mile clay oval representing the states of Oregon and Washington.
Vancouver, Washington’s Chris Frisbie would manage to best the field to earn the victory. Roy Kirk Jr., from Marcola, and Jefferson driver Corey Kruesi would finish second and third. The rest of the top five would be made up of Doug Coffman, out of Roseburg, and Cottage Grove teenager Jared Simmons in fourth and fifth respectively.
The IMCA Sport Mods will be back at it again on Sunday, May 28th for a day race. The Monster Trucks will also be in attendance. This is one show you do not want to miss.
General Admission is Adults $20.00, Juniors (13-17)/Seniors (62+)/Military $14.00, Youth (6-12) $9.00, and Children (5 and Under) are FREE. Each general admission ticket comes with entry to the Pit Party. The Pit Party is where you can meet all the drivers, get autographs, take pictures, and pick up your favorite souvenirs. There will also be Monster Truck Rides available during this time for purchase.
Gates open at Noon, the Pit Party starts at Noon as well, while the Show begins at 2:00 PM. For more information be sure and visit www.trophymotorsports.com.
