Steve Moore Makes 2015 Late Model Debut; Looks For Another Clair Cup Win

Lebanon, Oregon- Although he has ran a bit this year in the Super Sport division, Steve Moore is excited to get back behind the wheel of a Super Dirt Late Model again for the Clair Cup. Moore, out Scio, has raced in three Super Sport events for Glen Hackney's Wirth Wireless/Hackney Racing #3 Swartz with a best finish of seventh on May 9th. Steve won the first night of the Clair Cup last year and hopes to do so again either this Saturday or Sunday.

“I'm hoping to have a repeat of last year,” commented Moore, “it would be really cool to win the first night out.”

He will chauffeur the Schram Brothers Excavating/Hot Rod Bettie's Tattoo/The Branding Stitch And Printing/Gray's Automotive/Sureflow Concrete Pumping Services/X-Factor Race Cars/Top Gun Mobile Wash/Powers Transport/Albany Auto Body/Xtreme Motorsports/Bodies By Steve-O/Nature Quest #13 MasterSbilt this weekend. The reason he will sport the #13, and not his trademark #21, is because his friend Bricen James will still be in North Carolina. Steve is very appreciative of all the help to make it possibility for him to race Saturday.

“I really have to thank my crew guy Mark (Vonsild) and my wife Andrea along with the whole family for all of the support,” he would continue, “I also would like officially welcome onboard Nature Quest as sponsor for the 2015 season.”

Saturday and Sunday the Pit Gates will open at 1:00 PM, the Pit Meeting will take place at 2:30, Front Gates open at 3:30, and Racing starts at 6:00. Tickets for each night are Adults $14.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-17) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
