Despite the ASCS-National Tour not making their way out west there will still be plenty of stars on hand for the 2014 Season Opener for the American Sprint Car Series-Northwest Region for the Triple Track Challenge. It should be a great weekend for race fans as some of the best drivers in the Western United States will be on hand all weekend long.
Current ASCS-National Tour regular Seth Bergman will be on tap for all four races. On the National Tour for the last couple of seasons but running an outlaw schedule this year is Logan Forler that will also be on hand. You can be sure though that the turf will be defended by the Northwest area’s best including Roger Crockett, Henry Van Dam, Cam Smith, J.J. Hickle, Garen Linder, and many more.
The Triple Track Challenge will begin on Thursday May 22nd and then the series will venture north on Friday May 23rd to Lebanon’s Willamette Speedway before concluding with a two-day affair at Cottage Grove Speedway on Saturday the 24th and Sunday the 25th. This will mark the fourth time ASCS-Northwest has opened the season up in the state of Oregon and the second time that Southern Oregon Speedway has hosted the first race of the season.
Be sure and don’t miss a lap of the action as the ASCS-Northwest Region as the area’s best 360 Sprint Car drivers will contest on seven different race tracks in three different states that include Oregon, Washington, and California.
