Unfortunately we regret to announce that the races on Saturday April 26th at Willamette Speedway is cancelled due to all the inclement weather and Mother Nature not cooperating. With all of the bad weather in the last few days it has left the entire grounds saturated and there are several parts of the race track where there is lots of standing water.
Next Friday May 2nd is expected to be the 2014 Season Opener for the Kart program. General admission to the Kart race will be FREE of charge. Pit Passes are $10.00 and Car and Driver fees will be $30.00. The Pit Gate will open up around 4:00 PM and racing is scheduled to begin around 6:30
Next Saturday May 3rd will be Fight Hunger Night, so if you bring a can of non-perishable food you will receive $2.00 off your admission. Classes scheduled to be in action on are the X-Factor Race Cars Super Late Models, Wirth Wireless IMCA Modifieds, Albany & Eastern Railroad Sportsman, and Street Stocks. Pit Gates will open at 1:00 PM, Front Gates open at 3:30, and racing starts at 6:00. Tickets for this event are Adults $12.00, Seniors/Military/Juniors (13-18) $10.00, Youths (Ages 12-6) $5.00, and Children under the age of 5 are FREE and a family pass will be offered for two Adults and up to four Youths for just $35.00.
