Lebanon Pop Warner Group To Do Fundraising At Willamette Speedway

Lebanon, Oregon- Willamette Speedway is happy to host the future stars of the gridiron as the Lebanon Pop Warner organization will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets at two events this season. Those two events are June 14th and July 5th so be sure and make it out to the historic 1/3-mile clay oval to support local kids. Proceeds will go to the organizations’ scholarship fund for potential athletes that may not have enough money to cover the costs to participate.
“We’re really excited to go out there this year,” commented Lebanon Pop Warner Associate President Rose Davis, “we were there last year and it was so wonderful to see all the great fans giving to all these kids. Without the support from our community we would not be the program that we are today. Willamette Speedway has provided us an opportunity to raise money to help see that these kids have everything that they need to succeed, and this is so appreciated by everyone involved in Lebanon Pop Warner. I’m a firm believer that this program makes a big impact in these young children’s lives.”
Lebanon Pop Warner is proud to support the local youth of the community by providing them a safe environment to stay active and have fun. The 2014 season is quickly approaching and Willamette Speedway is the place to get your racing fix. Saturday April 5th will kick things off with the test and tune open practice while the “Cabin Fever Season Opener” will be held the following Saturday on the 12th.
