Karts To Start Weekend Off At Willamette

Lebanon, Oregon- Starting this weekend off the Willamette Speedway will have Karts in the house on Friday May 10th. With one race in the books already teams can’t wait to get back to it after taking last week off. The Karts will return for their third race of 2013 the following Friday on the 17th.
Blake Boshart won the first race of the season for the Pee Wee division while Conner Hanson was victorious in 5HP Intermediate action. Kyle Roles was the winner in the 125cc class and Kyle Cormican was victorious in the 250cc ranks. In the Open Kage it was Jake Ferguson winning the first race while Devin Patterson earned the triumph in the Speedway Karts.
General admission to the Friday Kart race event will be FREE of charge. Pit Passes are $10.00 and Car and Driver fees will be $30.00. The pit gates open up around 4:00 PM and racing is scheduled to begin around 6:45.
The Willamette Speedway is proud to provide an outlet for their future stars in the Kart program.
